Shipping
Deadline: Place your order by 11 AM CST on Wednesday for same-week delivery, subject to item availability.
Cell products ship at ambient temperature for next-day delivery. Frozen cells and extended areas have higher shipping charges.
Estimated cost of domestic overnight delivery of cell products: $20 per shipment. Actual costs may differ.
Freight terms: FOB Origin via DSHB-preferred carrier, pre-paid and added to the invoice. Purchase orders should indicate freight terms.
Note: DSHB does not offer same-day shipment.
International
Shipping
Deadline: Place your order by 11 AM CST on Thursday for orders to be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders to Australia, Israel, Korea, and New Zealand ship on Friday.
DSHB ships internationally via FedEx or UPS at ambient temperature with requested refrigeration during customs delays. Frozen cells are shipped on dry ice.
Estimated cost of international delivery for supernatant, concentrate, and growing cells: $42-80. Estimated cost of international delivery for frozen cells: $200-300. Actual costs may differ.
Inform us of your institution's holiday closures to avoid shipping during that time.
Note: Some regions incur additional extended delivery area fees.
Customs
Duties
Customers must provide all required paperwork for customs clearance at the time of order.
As of March 1, 2023 an EORI number is required for shipments to EU countries as well as Northern Ireland and Norway.
Shipments to Australia and New Zealand require special permits for importing antibodies.
Customers are responsible for prompt payment of all customs duties.

Orders for Brazil, China, India, Mexico, Russia, and South Korea must be placed through distributors.
